ADVERTISEMENT FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL(S)

FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PICKLEBALL COURTS AND/OR A BASKETBALL COURT

FOR THE CITY OF DAWSONVILLE, GEORGIA

Sealed submittals from firms will be received by the Public Works Department of the City of Dawsonville at 415 Hwy 53 E, Suite 100, Dawsonville, GA 30534 until 10:00 am on Thursday, September 1, 2022 for:

Main Street Park Pickleball Courts and/or Main Street Park Basketball Court

Option 1: Bid both RFP #2023-03 and #2023-04 together

Option 2: Bid RFP(s) individually/separately

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on-site at Main Street Park, 304 Main Street, Dawsonville, GA 30534 on Monday, August 15, 2022 at 10:00 am to all interested parties to review the site and ask questions. Responses to those inquiries will be published as an addendum to the RFPs. The meeting is mandatory and we encourage anyone wanting to submit a bid to attend. Only those vendors in attendance will be permitted to submit bid(s) for this project.
