Blake Croft is the 3rd Quarter Employee of 2025. Blake is our Utilities Operations Manager. Through Blake's leadership, the utilities team strives for excellence. He provides stability and guidance to his department. Blake's hard work and dedication to our citizens is evident in everything he does. Blake has been serving the City since April 2016.
